Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work for community upkeep. You will manage resident work orders, complete make-ready processes for vacant units, and develop standards for grounds, interiors, and exteriors to reflect Greystar quality.
The role includes inspecting both internal staff and contractors, maintaining inventory, and conducting safety meetings to ensure compliance with OSHA and safety laws.
