We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with proven experience in nearshoring, logistics, or the 3PL industry to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand key accounts, and mentor junior team members. This is a high-level sales role for someone who can build long-term relationships, develop market strategies, and represent the company at industry events while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and capture new verticals.
- Prospect and nurture leads using LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, trade shows, and targeted outreach.
- Lead high-impact discovery calls, customized presentations, solution pitching, and contract negotiations.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression.
- Own a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.




- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their operational needs and aligning solutions to their business goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance and explore expansion opportunities.
- Mentor junior Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to improve performance and strengthen sales capabilities.
- Share best practices, provide coaching, and support team knowledge development in logistics and nearshoring strategies.
- Contribute to training materials, playbooks, and scalable sales processes.
- Partner closely with operations, marketing, customer success, and finance to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
