Job Summary

At Tetra Pak, we are committed to making food safe and available everywhere. As part of our Sales Administration Support Center, the Senior Order Management & Logistics Support Specialist, plays a key role in driving and coordinating the Support team in terms of daily operations, by ensuring efficient, accurate, and seamless operations.

This role serves as a support to the central coordination point between sales, customers, and internal functions, driving operational excellence and delivering a unique and superior customer experience.

The position is based at our Tetra Pak office in Bogota, Colombia.





Tetra Pak does not offer support for visa or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As an Senior Order Management & Logistics Support Specialis, you will contribute to delivering world-class service by managing critical spare parts sales operations:
- Provide guidance, coaching, and functional support to team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, capability development, and increasing team independence in performing daily operations and business processes.
- Support the Services Supply Network (SSN) teams in all operational support activities related to the Parts business.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders on complex business operations support activities.
