FHI 360 is seeking a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer for the STRIDES activity in Colombia. You will provide technical guidance on MEL, supervise staff and subcontractors, and ensure data-driven decisions align with AMELP and USG priorities.
You will develop and operationalize MEL systems, track indicators, and lead learning activities while ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
