Key Responsibilities:
- Create and iterate functional prototypes based on business or market requirements using AI-assisted development tools.
- Support application modernization, integrations, bug fixing, and performance improvements across the web application stack.
- Collaborate with team members and customers to clarify requirements, estimate solutions, and deliver working software.
- Communicate ideas, issues, risks, and impediments on time to support predictable delivery.
- Contribute to code quality through unit testing, clean design, maintainable implementation, and secure development practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Mid-level English proficiency for written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.
- 5+ years of professional web application development experience using C# and .NET / ASP.NET.
- 2+ years of hands-on Python development experience for backend services, scripting, automation, integrations, or prototyping.




- Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework 6 or higher.
- Working knowledge of Angular and modern front-end development practices.
- Strong SQL Server experience, including database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance-aware development.
- Solid understanding of code quality practices, unit testing, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code principles.
- Knowledge of application security practices, including OWASP, authentication hardening, SQL Server security, and prevention of SQL injection vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or Google AI Studio.

- Experience working in the insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or A
