We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead our remote Sales team.
The team handles inbound property owner inquiries from first contact through onboarding. They qualify opportunities, run demos, explain services, overcome objections, close new clients, collect required documentation, coordinate onboarding, and manage active files until they are transferred to the Property Management team.
This is not a cold-calling sales floor. The team primarily works with warm inbound leads. Success comes from speed,



follow-up discipline, strong demos, objection handling, closing ability, CRM discipline, and effective file management.
Must-have requirement
Proven experience managing a fully remote sales team. You’ve led reps across time zones, held accountability virtually, reviewed CRM activity, coached from call recordings, and driven performance through cadence, coaching, and scorecards.

- Lead and coach a team of remote Sales Representatives to hit weekly and monthly targets
- Drive daily execution: speed-to-lead, demos, follow-up discipline, client sign-ups, onboarding progress, CRM activity, and pipeline movement
