We are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Developer to design, build, enhance, and support enterprise integrations between Workday and internal/external systems. This role will be responsible for developing scalable and secure integrations across Finance, HCM, Procurement, Payroll, CRM, and other enterprise applications using Workday integration technologies and middleware platforms.
The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in Workday integration tools, API development, data transformation, troubleshooting, and integration architecture. The developer will partner closely with Functional, HR, Finance, Enterprise Applications, and Infrastructure teams to deliver reliable and automated business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using:
- Core Connectors
- Studio
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Workday Extend (preferred)
- Workday Prism Analytics (preferred)
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.




- Build integrations utilizing middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalent integration platforms.
- Create scalable data transformation and orchestration solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs.
- Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
- Develop API-based integration solutions using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
- Ensure integrations follow enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.

Support & Operations
- Monitor integration health and proactively identify issues.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end business processes.

Data & Security
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage Workday security domains and integration system user
