Kraken is seeking an Operations and Tooling professional to streamline processes for our Engineering Operations team. You will configure Jira/Confluence, drive AI-enabled automation, and own the triage and intake workflow to ensure proper routing of work.
You’ll maintain engineering metrics data, publish weekly delivery reports to leadership, and collaborate across engineering and product teams to reduce friction and improve developer experience.
