An interesting opportunity has opened within a general digital learning and education business that is evolving beyond traditional training into a portfolio of scalable, commercially focused learning products.

Think of the wider Academy as an umbrella containing different propositions for different customer problems and audiences.

This role will work across two particularly topical areas:

AI Professor – helping customers build understanding and capability around Artificial Intelligence.

AML Academy – supporting learning and capability development around Anti-Money Laundering and financial crime.

The opportunity isn't simply about producing learning content.

It's about helping turn specialist knowledge into digital propositions that customers understand, adopt and value – then helping those propositions scale across markets.

What will you actually be doing?

You'll sit at the intersection of:

You'll help take both propositions into market, supporting everything from positioning and sales enablement through to customer engagement, programme delivery, and adoption.





That could mean helping prepare a client proposition or presentation, coordinating specialist content providers, supporting a webinar or simulation, managing a product launch, working with regional teams or analysing customer engagement to understand what should happen next.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support go-to-market and commercialisation of AI Professor and AML Academy
- Translate complex AI and financial-crime topics into clear customer propositions
- Support client conversations, presentations and sales enablement
- Coordinate launches and expansion into new markets
- Work with subject-matter experts, content providers and external partners
- Support production of digital learning, webinars, simulations and credential programmes
- Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies
- Monitor adoption, engagement and customer feedback
- Use those insights to help improve the propositio
