We Are Looking for a CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist
We are looking for a professional with experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Operations, capable of executing and optimizing integral campaigns using Salesforce and Pardot. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational, analytical, and process-oriented mindset, working closely with global, regional, and local Marketing teams.
This role will be a key point of contact to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, lead management, automation, tracking, reporting, and compliance with CRM governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, International Business, Technology, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Campaign Management, preferably in B2B environments.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute global, regional, and local campaigns within Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).
Act as a central point of contact for the operational execution of campaigns throughout their lifecycle.
Create, execute, and monitor campaigns, including segmentation, forms, landing pages, email programs, and automation workflows.
Ensure proper campaign structure, tracking, attribution, and compliance with governance standards.
