As a Contract Technical Recruiter, you'll play a key role in matching world-class technical talent with meaningful career opportunities. Operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, you'll manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, initially supporting Palantir and Sierra, with additional accounts assigned as business needs evolve.
Core Responsibilities
Inbound Candidate Qualification
- Conduct qualification calls with candidates booked through Calendly.
- Assess candidates against current technical opportunities.
- Guide qualified candidates through the registration and application process.
- Match candidates to the most relevant opportunities.
- Encourage strong candidates who are not selected for current roles to join the talent network for future opportunities.
- Source technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Resume Library, AI sourcing tools, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines during quieter inbound periods.
- Ensure candidate profiles are accurate, complete, and ready for submission.
- Support candidate engagement and activation throughout the early stages of the recruitment process.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact through qualification.
Weekly Focus
- Conduct inbound qualification calls for assigned client accounts.
- Proactively source and engage technical candidates to build healthy recruitment pipelines.
- Maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates across all assigned roles.
Key Skills & Experience
- 2 years of proven experience recruiting for technical positions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Resume Library, AI sourcing tools, Boolean search, and job boards.
- Experience conducting candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Calendly, ATS, and CRM systems.
