Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily workflow to ensure timely progress of all assigned student rotation requests
- Maintain accurate data entry and client information management within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Manage end to end student rotation processes, ensuring successful placement, onboarding, and completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, delivering timely, clear, and proactive communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both students and preceptors, managing expectations effectively
- Communicate across multiple channels including text messages, phone calls and emails.
- Ensure all required student documentation and preceptor credentials are completed and submitted to universities on time.
- Proactively identify and resolve student or preceptor related challenges to ensure successful rotation outcomes
- Support students through complex situations, including failed placements, by providing effective and timely solutions
- Collaborate with preceptors to ensure alignment, availability,
and successful completion of clinical rotations
- Ensure students are fully prepared to start and successfully complete their rotations as scheduled
- Deliver a high standard of customer service,contributing to strong student satisfaction and 5-star reviews
- Respond to student inquiries within established SLAs
- Prioritize and manage a high-volume caseload(120–150 students per semester) with strong organizational skills
- Learn and apply knowledge of NP student requirements, university expectations, and NPHub service offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, including account reconciliation and cash flow alignment
- Support and contribute to team initiatives focused on process improvement, efficiency, and company growth
- Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities in alignment with company standards and client expectations
