The Andean Countries Hub, based in Bogotá, Colombia, focuses on technical cooperation initiatives in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela, implementing diverse programmes for sustainable urbanization and territorial governance.
Job purpose: This role serves to provide specialized technical assistance to the UN-Habitat Andean Countries Hub's programme portfolio. The consultant will support the formulation, review, and implementation of projects, methodologies, and planning instruments. Key contributions include offering strategic advice on territorial planning, land management, urban governance, and sustainable urban development, aligning with UN-Habitat's priorities and the specific institutional contexts of the Andean Region.
