Colombia (hybrid) Role Summary The Manager, Practice Area Marketing will lead the planning and execution of marketing activities that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across J&J; Learn platforms, programs and priority initiatives. The role translates learning priorities into clear, targeted campaigns and activation materials that help employees discover, access and engage with relevant learning opportunities. This role manages day-to-day marketing delivery, partners closely with practice area owners and communications teams, and coordinates matrixed contributors to deliver high-quality work aligned with J&J; Learn priorities and brand standards.
