As a Sea Logistics Intermodal Expert, you will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring intermodal transportation solutions, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an excellent experience to our customers.
You will work closely with internal teams, carriers, transport providers and customers, contributing to efficient, reliable and customer-focused logistics solutions.
How you create impact
- Coordinate and monitor intermodal and inland transportation operations from origin to destination.
- Follow up on shipments, milestones and delivery schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with transport providers, carriers, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage operational exceptions, delays and service disruptions.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of operational documentation and shipment information.
- Follow up on operational KPIs and support reporting activities.
- Support cost control and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Care,
Operations, Finance and Sales teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational excellence.
What we would like you to bring
- Professional degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- 1–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, Sea Logistics, inland or intermodal operations.
- Knowledge and experience in land transportation and intermodal logistics.
- Experience coordinating shipments and working with transportation providers.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good command of Excel and operational systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on business
