Role Summary And Impact

We are looking for a Senior Associate,



Data Strategy to help turn audience data into actionable marketing strategies. Working alongside Planning, Activation, and Analytics teams, you will identify growth opportunities, develop audience insights, and connect data and technology to support precision marketing across paid, owned, and earned media.

You will collaborate closely with agency teams, client stakeholders, and data partners to execute audience strategies—from analysis and audience architecture through activation and validation. This role combines analytical thinking, technical knowledge, and confident client-facing communication to translate audience insights into clear recommendations.

In this role, you will:
- Generate, manage, and quality-check audience metadata, ensuring the audience library remains accurate and continuously updated.
