We are seeking an AI Conversational Agents Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and integration of AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation tools to transform critical business processes.

The initial focus of this role will be supporting the Finance function, with a clear roadmap to expand AI solutions across multiple areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and orchestrate conversational AI agents powered by LLMs, including prompting strategies, tools, memory, and RAG architectures.
- Manage the full agent lifecycle, including backlog management, training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications through APIs and middleware.
- Define, track, and report performance, efficiency, adoption, and ROI metrics.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact use cases, delivering measurable business value within short timelines.
- Establish security, privacy, and compliance controls for AI solutions.




- Create technical documentation and provide training to key stakeholders and end users.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills (B2+ or C1).
- Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience developing conversational AI solutions, chatbots, NLP applications, and LLM-based agents.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, ERP, CRM, and enterprise system integrations.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Node.js.
- Proven track record delivering solutions that improve customer experience, productivity, or operational efficiency.

Preferred Certifications
- AIOpenAI APIs and related AI technologies
