Position Summary:
As a Structuring & Pricing Associate, you support the financial analysis, modeling, and structuring of transactions across the firm’s lending platform. You work closely with analysts, senior associates, and senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, develop financial models,



and prepare analyses that support transaction structuring and pricing decisions. This role plays a key part in ensuring deals are modeled accurately and that financial assumptions align with the firm’s investment strategy and underwriting standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate loan transactions and investment opportunities.
- Support the structuring and pricing of deals by analyzing financial performance, risk factors, and return metrics.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing to assess the impact of key assumptions on transaction outcomes.
- Prepare preliminary terms, loan term sheets, and supporting analyses for new transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials, including financial summaries and risk assessments.
