What you'll do
- Execute payroll processes, including the calculation of gross/net pay, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
- Manage the full "hire-to-retire" lifecycle in Workday, handling everything from onboarding and offboarding to salary adjustments and leave of absence.
- Stay ahead of local payroll legislation to ensure all tax withholdings, mandatory deductions, and payroll liabilities are strictly compliant.
- Perform regular audits of payroll records and reconcile general ledger entries to ensure financial accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, resolving complex payroll inquiries with clarity and empathy.
- Proactively identify inaccuracies or missing information in our people
