What You Can Expect
- Produces and performs Quality Control on Personalized Surgical Instruments (medical images, planning surgical case and PSI jigs) under controlled processes.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Participates in resolution of user complaints and non-conformities and resolve customer issues.
How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Serves as SME and may lead others
- Expert in Imaging Technician responsibilities and proficient in all duties.
- Trains new team members on all modules
- Verifies and approves patient medical images received from clients following e-Manufacturing instructions
- Quality Control on patient medical images Segmentations, custom instruments.
- Maintains case records properly documented according to PSI e-Manufacturing instructions
- Takes part to continuous improvement activities
- Participate in the resolution of user complaints , and non-conformities , related to the PSI product ,and communicates with clients and resolves issues to ensure a continuous production
- Participate in new product introductions (design transfer)
- Meets productivity and quality standards
