How you create impact
- Manage and support a portfolio of customers, ensuring a high level of service, satisfaction, and engagement.
- Build and strengthen operational relationships with customers through proactive communication and regular follow-up.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding import operations and shipment status.
- Manage customer requests and ensure timely follow-up of cases and operational requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Operational Care
