What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, B2B Growth, or similar roles
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills
- Experience working directly with business owners, executives, or decision-makers
- Understanding of B2B sales, lead generation,



outbound, sales funnels, or growth strategies
- Comfortable analyzing performance and identifying what should improve
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time
- Comfortable leading client meetings through video calls
- Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented

What you'll do
- Lead client onboarding and understand their ICP, offer, value proposition, and goals
- Help define and improve outreach and growth strategies
- Work closely with SDRs and internal teams
- Monitor account performance and identify bottlenecks
- Lead regular strategy and performance calls with clients
- Present results, recommendations, and next steps
- Identify opportunities to improve retention and grow existing accounts
- Keep account information, tasks, and follow-ups organized
- Build strong long-term client relationshi
