We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join a multinational company and support its technology operations in an international environment.
Hybrid – 3 days onsite + 2 days remote
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
COP $4,000,000 – $5,000,000 + statutory benefits, depending on experience and technical expertise.
14-month project with potential for extension.
Your responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Manage users and basic permissions in Active Directory.
- Provide basic support for Windows Server.
- Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN and Wi‑Fi issues.
- Support printers and other peripherals.
- Manage and follow up on IT tickets.
- Apply basic IT security practices, including antivirus, MFA and access control.
- Communicate with users and vendors in English.
- Participate in technical meetings and handle emails,



tickets and documentation in English.

Requirements
- Technical degree or technology degree in IT, Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related fields.
- Alternatively, students in their 7th semester or above in a related professional program.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Windows, networking and Microsoft 365.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Adaptability and customer-oriented mindset.
