Title: Associate (AFR) Location: GSC BOG Supporting the logistics operations, end to end PO management, claims management, pre-alert management, virtual invoicing processes, carrier management, reporting and proactive monitoring
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Monitoring for different lanes negotiated with the final customer.
- Analysis of pending information and late shipments with their respective action plan.
- Backup of all reports performed for the account.
- Registering costs in CW Support and knowledge in the logistics operations through proactive management and monitoring.
Skills / Requirements
- Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish.
- Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork and autonomy
