ARC Reporting & GDS Ticketing Specialist

Team360 Staffing is hiring an experienced ARC Reporting & GDS Ticketing Specialist to join a growing international travel company.

Compensation: USD $1,200–$1,500/month, depending on experience

Experience: 2+ years of relevant ARC reporting and airline ticketing experience

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented travel industry professional with hands-on experience in ARC reporting, reconciliation, airline ticketing, and GDS servicing.

This role will support the company’s direct airline ticketing operation and will combine ARC IAR reporting and settlement with hands-on GDS ticket issuance and post-ticketing servicing.

The idóneo candidate can independently manage ticketing transactions, reconcile ARC activity against GDS and accounting records, and resolve discrepancies accurately and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile ARC Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR) activity
- Reconcile ARC reports with GDS ticketing and internal accounting records
- Review ticket sales, exchanges, reissues, refunds,



voids, commissions, and settlement amounts
- Issue and service airline tickets through Sabre and other GDS platforms
- Process international ticket exchanges, refunds, reissues, and schedule changesReview fare rules, ticketing deadlines, taxes, commissions, and forms of payment
- Investigate and resolve ARC, GDS, airline, and accounting discrepancies
- Monitor ticketing queues and time-sensitive transactions
- Maintain accurate reconciliation and ticketing records
- Support the investigation of airline debit memos and ticketing discrepancies
- Help improve internal ticketing and ARC reporting procedures

Requirements
- 2+ years of direct ARC reporting and/or airline ticketing experience
- Hands-on experience with ARC IAR
- Strong understanding of ARC reporting, reconciliation, and settlement
- Strong Sabre experience highly preferred
- Travelport experience highly preferred
- Experience with ti
