About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate - Consumer Products Support, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate documentation across systems. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet defined service-level targets. This is a full‑time, work‑from‑office role based in Colombia.





Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls and support tickets
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide clear solutions via phone support
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the designated call center database
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including FRT, CSAT, resolution rates, and other defined KPIs
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines consistently
- Maintain professionalism, clarity, and accuracy across all customer communications

Job Requirements

Education
- Graduation from a recognized institution
