Job Summary
The IT Project Manager leads complex technology transitions across IT infrastructure, service desk, and end-user computing environments. The idóneo candidate brings a strong background in IT operations and a track record of delivering large-scale migration and transformation projects on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to the business
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle across IT migration and transition initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and report project risks and issues, with clear mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, end users, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure testing plans, deployment strategies, and rollback procedures are defined and executed.

Technical Oversight
- Provide oversight on infrastructure design decisions and technology configurations.
- Evaluate current-state environments against best practices and recommend improvements.
- Guide technical teams during implementation,



ensuring quality and consistency.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and oversee creation of technical documentation.

Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including assessment reports, transition procedures, and lessons learned.
- Ensure all documentation meets client standards and is kept current throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development of training materials for internal IT teams and end users.
- Deliver regular status reports and project dashboards to leadership and stakeholders.

Skills and Experience
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder reporting and executive updates.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end IT projects, from planning through go-live and hypercare.
- Minimum 3 years of exp
