We're looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. - Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs
- Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

Customer Relationship Building
- Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
- Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
- Deliver a high-energy, positive,

- Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
- Overcome objections and close enrollments
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
