RAM BPO is looking for a driven, fast-learning Technical Support Specialist to join our team working directly with a U.S. client. Key Qualifications
- English Proficiency: Advanced B2+ or C1 level (written and spoken).
- Experience: Background in technical support, customer support, or back-office operations.
- Mindset: Fast learners who take initiative and get things done efficiently.

Schedule & Availability
- Standard Hours: Monday through Friday,



rotating shifts scheduled within a 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM availability window (includes a 1-hour lunch break).
- Weekend Availability: Required availability to work 1 weekend per month.
- Night & Weekend Shift Opportunities:
- Night shifts and weekend shifts are 100% Remote.
- Night and weekend shift options are available for Top Performers.
- Night shifts include an additional night differential bonus.

Compensation & Contract Progression
- Starting Salary: $2,200,000 COP/month (Initial 4-month fixed-term contract).
- Performance Level-Up: Upon successful completion and strong performance, transition to $3,500,000 COP/month with an Indefinite Term Contract
