About The Role
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Manage multiple digital content and marketing projects from briefing through production, review, approval and delivery.
- Coordinate the creation and adaptation of digital assets, ensuring high quality and alignment with requirements and timelines.
- Work closely with creative and digital agencies and internal production teams.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear briefs,
project requirements and actionable next steps.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholder needs and delivery teams, ensuring alignment between requirements, priorities and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across stakeholders, markets and time zones.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies and blockers and drive their resolution.
- Ensure visibility of project status, priorities and deliverables using relevant project management tools.
- Support continuous improvement of content production and stakeholder management processes.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital engagement, account management, client services, project management, marketing operations or a similar role.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or another regulated industry.
- Hands-on experience with digital/marketing asset creation and production.
