This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead AI Generative Designer based in Colombia.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating high-quality, realistic, and consistent AI-generated visual content at scale.
You will own the quality of generated images while continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rates, and business impact.
The role combines advanced visual design skills with technical expertise in generative AI workflows and automation.
You will build scalable production pipelines using leading AI image-generation platforms, workflow tools, APIs, and scripting.
You will help transform visual production from one-off experimentation into reliable, repeatable, and efficient systems.
The position offers significant autonomy to evaluate emerging AI technologies, test new approaches, and introduce solutions that create measurable value.
You will work in a fully remote environment alongside an international team developing globally impactful digital products.





Accountabilities
- Own the quality and consistency of AI-generated visual content across production workflows.
- Create highly realistic, visually appealing, and consistent images of models, personas, avatars, and other visual subjects.
- Continuously improve image realism, visual polish, approval rates, and overall business performance.
- Build and optimize scalable generative AI image-production pipelines.
- Work with tools and platforms such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed, and other emerging AI technologies.
- Design and maintain ComfyUI workflows for repeatable and scalable image production.
- Automate content creation through batch generation and processing workflows.
- Integrate APIs, n8n, simple scripts, and AI-assisted coding approaches to reduce manual work.
- Increase production volume while maintaining consistent visual quality and standards.
