About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who gets excited about joining a high-growth, fast-paced financial technology company. The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in branding Zoe Financial as the best place to find,



hire, and invest with financial advisors, while also supporting the growth of our Wealth Platform through cohesive marketing strategies.

The Marketing Analyst will support the marketing department’s efforts and perform various functions in a U.S. startup environment while based in Bogotá. Successful candidates will possess native English skills, excellent communication abilities, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a professional demeanor. They should bring a creative mind, strong collaboration skills, and, most importantly, analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to solving marketing challenges.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and OpenAI Ads for both B2C and B2B audiences in the US.
- Monitor daily performance (spend, cost per lead, conversion rate) and flag issues or opportunities quickly.
