We're Hiring: IT Recruiting Team Lead | Bogotá | On-site
We're looking for an IT Recruiting Team Lead to join our team and lead, coach, and develop recruiters supporting the U.S. market.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of IT staffing/recruiting experience, preferably supporting the U.S. market
- Previous experience in a recruiting leadership, management, or senior-level role
- Hands-on experience with an ATS in a staffing/recruiting environment (Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong understanding of ATS workflows, candidate management, reporting, and performance tracking
- Experience training, coaching, and developing recruiters
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. IT staffing lifecycle
- Experience managing recruiting KPIs and using data to drive performance
- Excellent communication, coaching, accountability, and organizational skills
- C1 English is a must
