Position Summary

The Business Intelligence Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing and providing strategic insights to support decision-making within the Distributor Cluster including Puerto Rico.

- Key relationships internally will include Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, HR and Distributor contacts.
- Supports business reviews and provides analysis upon request.
- Participates in forecasting, pricing, incentives and reporting processes.

- Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain regular ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)



such as sales, inventory, and customer metrics.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Business Insights: Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, such as market expansion, product offerings, sales strategies or business trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units (sales, mkt, finance, etc.) to ensure their data needs are met.
- Optimization Recommendations: Identify and develop opportunities to improve process and system efficiency and effectiveness, based on BI insights to drive performance improvement.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence.

Specific Accountabilities

- Data Management and Integration: Gather and consolidate data from various sources (sales, inventory, financial systems, etc.) across the distributor cluster to ensure all relevant information is centralized. (e.g. Sell In with all necessary details: Vol, NIS, DFF
