Are you passionate about customer service and client communication Were looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist to join a fastpaced U.S.based law firm and serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
In this role, youll conduct intake interviews, gather and document case information in real time, schedule consultations, perform caserelated research, and provide an exceptional client experience while working closely with attorneys and internal legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle highvolume inbound and outbound calls
Conduct intake interviews and gather case details
Document client information accurately during live calls
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
Perform realtime research to assess potential case eligibility
Schedule consultations and followups with attorneys
Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems
Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams throughout the intake process
Requirements
Experience supporting U.S.based clients
Background in customer service, call center, intake, or other clientfacing roles
Ability to handle backtoback inbound and outbound calls
Advanced Fluent English C1
Strong multitasking and documentation skills
Experience using CRM systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problemsolving abilities
