About the Role

Are you a passionate nurse looking for a remote role where you can spend quality time guiding patients toward better health?

At EZ MD Solutions, we are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Nurse based in Colombia to join our US virtual care team. In this role, you will work directly with US patients and healthcare providers to deliver personalized, proactive care support.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Engagement: Conduct weekly remote check-ins with US patients in English and Spanish to keep them engaged in their care plans.
- Health Coaching & Education: Support patients with lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and preventive wellness strategies.
- Care Plan Management: Collaborate with supervising providers to monitor, update, and track patient progress.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely encounter notes in the practice Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Escalation: Identify clinical red flags and promptly escalate concerns to the primary care provider.

Requirements

- Education: Degree in Nursing (Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse / Auxiliar de Enfermería).
- Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent level in both spoken and written English and Spanish (will be evaluated).
- Technical Workspace:
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download).
- Reliable power backup / UPS.

- USB noise-canceling headset.
- Availability: Full-time, versátil to work standard US business hours (EST/CST).

Nice to Have

- Experience working with US-based healthcare practices or medical virtual assistant roles.
- Familiarity with US EMR/EHR systems (e.g., AthenaHealth, eClinicalWorks, DrChrono).
- Background in preventive health, chronic care management, or functional medicine.
