Are you an experienced IT professional ready to drive high-impact healthcare MSP operations using advanced RMM and security tools?

As a Healthcare IT Systems Administrator , you will serve as the top-tier escalation point resolving complex patching, network troubleshooting, and system configuration challenges across client environments.

In this role, you will leverage hands-on expertise with N-able Insight , Office 365 , Active Directory , SentinelOne , Adlumin

, and similar platforms like Datto, NinjaOne, or Atera to optimize managed service workflows. You will also design standardized procedures and build efficiency-focused scripts, transforming your technical depth directly into reliable, high-value outcomes for healthcare clients.

A specialist managed IT services provider focused exclusively on the healthcare sector, this company supports a portfolio of clients who require secure, compliant, and highly reliable technology infrastructure. Operating within a regulated environment, the team prioritises HIPAA compliance, proactive system management, and scalable processes that protect sensitive client data. This is a lean, high-trust operation where senior technical contributors have real impact on how the business scales and how clients experience support.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

- Handle escalated technical issues that require deeper troubleshooting and resolution
- Provide advanced remote support including patching, system configuration, and network troubleshooting for healthcare clients
- Develop and implement standardized procedures tailored to healthcare IT requirements
- Collaborate with the team to optimize MSP and RMM tool configurations
- Manage Office 365 email environments, Active Directory on Windows servers,



and security tools like SentinelOne and Adlumin
- Ensure all client interactions maintain a high standard of professionalism and security compliance

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Level 2 IT support or systems administration within a managed services environment
- Proficiency with MSP and RMM platforms , preferably N-able N-sight (or similar RMM tools such as Datto, NinjaOne, and Atera)
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 email management and Active Directory on Windows servers
- Practical experience working with security platforms like SentinelOne and Adlumin
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance , BA agreements, and healthcare data security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Willingness to sign and adhere to Business Associate and data security agreements

Qualifications:

- Experience with scripting and automation in an MSP or healthcare IT context is a plus
- Prior experience working within a 3CX virtual phone environment is a plus
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft) applicable to managed services are a plus
