Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist – Fragrance is a full-time remote role responsible for driving brand awareness, demand, and revenue growth for Slate Brands’ fragrance portfolio. This role oversees day-to-day sales activities such as managing retail and e-commerce accounts, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting sell-through initiatives with partners.

The specialist collaborates closely with marketing to plan and execute fragrance campaigns, optimize product positioning, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends and consumer insights, coordinating launches and promotional calendars, preparing sales materials and reports, and partnering with internal teams to align merchandising, pricing, and inventory strategies.



The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and recommending data-driven actions to improve category performance.

Qualifications

- Sales and account management skills, including experience driving revenue, managing key accounts, and supporting omnichannel strategies.
- Marketing and brand development skills, with knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and campaign planning for consumer products.
- Analytical and research skills to interpret market data, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable plans for fragrance growth.
- Communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in fragrance, beauty, or consumer packaged goods is strongly preferred, with familiarity in launching and positioning products.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and basic CRM or analytics platforms; experience with e-commerce or retail platforms is a plus.
