Role Description This full-time remote Pay Per Call Affiliate Manager role at LOUDINGads focuses on managing and growing performance-based affiliate partnerships. The role involves recruiting new pay-per-call affiliates, onboarding partners, and maintaining strong, data-driven relationships to maximize call volume and quality.

The Pay Per Call Affiliate

Manager will monitor campaign performance daily, optimize traffic sources, adjust payouts and creatives, and troubleshoot tracking or routing issues in coordination with technical teams. The role also includes collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams to develop offers, preparing performance reports and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with all network, legal, and brand guidelines. The person in this position is expected to communicate proactively with affiliates, provide strategic guidance, and continuously identify opportunities for revenue growth in the pay-per-call channel.

Qualifications

- Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or pay-per-call campaign management,



with a strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards; ability to interpret data and act on performance insights.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills for managing affiliates and internal stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns, partners, and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with remote work, including self-motivation, independence, and reliable internet and workspace setup.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (search, social, display, native) and how they drive pay-per-call traffic is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in call centers, lead distribution, or performance-based advertising is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is advantageous but not strictly required.
