Role OverviewWe are looking for a forward-thinking Video Editor who combines strong storytelling and motion design skills with modern AI-assisted editing techniques. In this role, you will elevate high-performing video content for integral brands by integrating kinetic typography, complex 2D motion graphics, and generative AI tools to accelerate production and push creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing &

• Storytelling: Edit high-converting, visually engaging video content for diverse clients, campaigns, and platforms (social, web, direct-response ads), maintaining strict brand consistency.
- Motion Graphics &

- Visual Effects: Design and animate custom titles, kinetic typography, lowered thirds, screen transitions, and 2D motion assets in Adobe After Effects to elevate production value.
- AI Integration &
- Generative Workflows: Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Firefly, ElevenLabs, Topaz AI) for asset generation, dynamic extensions, AI voiceover, motion tracking, upscaling, and streamlining creative iterations.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with creative leads and strategists to refine concepts, turn raw footage/briefs into compelling narratives, and optimize videos for performance and conversion goals.

- Tech Innovation: Keep a pulse on evolving digital video trends, social platform formats, and emerging AI tools to continually improve editing efficiency and creative execution.
- Asset Management &
- Delivery: Manage multi-project deadlines, maintain clean digital project files, and deliver polished multi-format video packages under fast turnaround times.Qualifications &
- Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating strong narrative pacing, clean visual editing, polished motion graphics/animation, and creative applications of AI tools or AI-generated visuals.
- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (keyframing, masking, visual effects, title design, speed ramping, expressions).
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI platforms into video production workflows (e.g., Runway Gen-2/3, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs, Topaz Video AI, Photoshop Generative Fill).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, pacing for short-form visual hooks (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), and performance-driven ad creative.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation in a remote environment, and a track record of handling high-volume projects under deadline.
