We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Sourcer / Researcher to join our international Sourcing team and support candidate research across Latin American markets.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys research, communication, and working with people. If you’re organized, curious, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
? What You’ll Do
- Search for and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Review candidate profiles and CVs based on job requirements.
- Support initial candidate screening and qualification.
- Maintain and update candidate information in our CRM.
- Share relevant candidate profiles with the Recruiting team.
- Track candidate progress and keep recruitment records up to date.
- Prepare basic sourcing reports and conduct talent market research.
- Support multiple vacancies and priorities.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Fluent Spanish.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Interest in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, Research, or Sourcing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
