Leading international telecoms solutions provider is seeking an experienced OSS/BSS Solution Architect to design and oversee end-to-end cloud-native digital business and operations support systems for telecommunication service providers.

Core Responsibilities

- Solution Design:

Create scalable end-to-end architectures spanning customer, service, network, and operational domains.

- System Integration:

Define integration approaches across OSS, BSS, and external partner systems utilizing TM Forum Open APIs and microservices.

- Digital Transformation:

Lead concept-to-cash implementations, replacing legacy systems with high-speed, low-code/no-code, and cloud-native solutions (frequently hosted on platforms like AWS).

- Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with enterprise architects, product owners,



and delivery teams through estimation, solution planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Domain Expertise:

Deep knowledge of telecom BSS/OSS processes, order management, product catalogs, CPQ, rating, charging, and billing.

- Frameworks & Standards:

Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA), eTOM, and SID frameworks.

- Cloud & DevOps:

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Technical Stack:

Proficiency in SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, Kafka, and data modeling
