We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and support scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technology teams to configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications that streamline enterprise workflows and improve service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design, develop, and configure applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, or HRSD modules as applicable
- Build and maintain custom Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs
- Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Configure and customize Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Workflows, and Flow Designer flows
- Participate in platform upgrades, ensuring custom configurations remain compatible and performant
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and platform best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects and production issues in a timely manner
- Support unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance
- Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures for ongoing maintainability

What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, building and configuring solutions on the platform




- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and server-side/client-side scripting within ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, or HRSD
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server configuration
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, Business Rules, Workflows, and Flow Designer
- Experience with Service Portal, Catalog Builder, and UI customization
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) or additional micro-certifications preferred
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and working within sprint-based development cycles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work across distributed, cross-functional teams
- Advanced English proficiency, written and verbal
