- Experience supporting databases up to 8–12 TB

Seeking a hands-on DBA/Database Engineer to administer PostgreSQL and Oracle databases across AWS and on-prem environments. The primary focus is PostgreSQL in AWS, along with database automation, monitoring, DevOps practices, and Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migration support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities





- Administer and troubleshoot production PostgreSQL and Oracle databases
- Monitor performance, availability, backups, recovery, and capacity
- Support AWS and on-prem database environments
- Automate routine DBA tasks, monitoring, and alerting
- Support database deployments using DevOps and version-control practices
- Assist with Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations
- Use approved AI tools to improve DBA productivity

Compensation : $30/hr to $35/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
