We are seeking a Senior OpenText Developer with strong expertise in OpenText Messaging, EDI, document automation, and enterprise integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, and supporting high-volume business-critical solutions that enable secure electronic document exchange, trading partner communications, workflow automation, and system integrations across enterprise environments.

Main Responsibilities

- Design, configure, customize, test, deploy, and support OpenText messaging, EDI, workflow, and document automation solutions.
- Configure trading partner profiles, communication protocols, routing rules, notifications, validations, acknowledgements, and delivery options.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FTP/SFTP, and file-based interfaces with ERP, CRM, billing, and other enterprise applications.
- Create and maintain document mappings, transformations, business rules, workflows, templates, and exception handling processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound message flows, document processing, and production integrations in both real-time and batch environments.
- Provide Level 2/3 production support, root cause analysis, incident resolution,



performance tuning, and release support.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, data retention, access control, and change management requirements.

Key Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development, integration, or support, including significant hands-on experience with OpenText solutions.
- Strong expertise in OpenText Messaging, EDI, document automation, and business document exchange platforms.
- Experience configuring and customizing OpenText environments, message routing, workflows, integrations, validation rules, and monitoring capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of Java, SQL/PL-SQL, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP Web Services, FTP/SFTP, Linux/Unix, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience working with EDI standards, document transformations, data mappings, and trading partner integrations.
- Proven ability to support business-critical production platforms, perform troubleshooting, and manage incidents in complex enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
