The Role

We're hiring a Sales Specialist to drive revenue through high-volume phone outreach, Facebook messaging, and personalized email. This is a high-activity, high-accountability role for someone who's competitive, fast-moving, and comfortable living on the phone. If you're into pilates, strength training, or any sport-exercise discipline, you'll have a real advantage here: you'll be talking to customers who share that world.

What You'll Do

- Make up to 100 outbound calls per day to prospects and warm leads

- Manage Facebook and social messaging conversations, responding quickly and converting interest into sales

- Write personalized outreach emails that sound human, not templated

- Log all activity, contacts, and pipeline accurately in HubSpot

- Qualify prospects and follow proven sales scripts and sequences

- Hit daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals

- Collaborate with the sales lead on strategy, objection handling, and follow-up

What You Bring

- Based in Colombia (required)

- Fluent English, written and spoken (required)

- 3 to 4 years of sales experience,



with strong phone-based or call center background

- Proven comfort with high call volume and handling rejection

- Confident, energetic phone presence: clear, warm, and projects well

- Hands-on HubSpot experience (or comparable CRM)

- Personal interest or background in pilates, fitness, or sport-exercise

- Fast, self-motivated, and accountable without needing close supervision

- Strong written communication for email and social messaging

- Experience selling to US-based customers is a strong plus

- Experience in ecommerce, DTC, or wellness/fitness brands is a plus
