Sales Representative to join our team. This is a pure sales role, idóneo for someone who is motivated by goals, energized by conversations, and genuinely passionate about winning new business.
What you'll do:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and direct outreach.
- Build and manage your own pipeline with focus and consistency.
- Qualify leads, move opportunities through the funnel, and close with confidence.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Bring energy and intention to every client interaction.

Spanish is expected;

- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-directed and able to work independently.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Currently living in Bogotá.
