Position Summary

The Bilingual Reservations & Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing reservations, assisting guests throughout the booking process, and supporting daily operational activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

✅ Accurately process and manage tour and lodging reservations.

✅ Professionally answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance.

✅ Support Spanish-speaking guests throughout the booking process.

✅ Provide information regarding resorts, services, and available programs.

✅ Follow up with guests who missed scheduled tours and assist with rebooking.





✅ Maintain updated operational information and communicate changes as needed.

✅ Perform reservation validations and daily operational verifications.

✅ Support administrative and customer service tasks as required.

Qualifications

✔ Advanced English proficiency (B2+).

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent.

✔ At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, call center environments, or related roles.

✔ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
