: We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing Travel & Resort Marketing team supporting the GetawayDealz program.
This is a performance-based inbound sales role where agents will engage with prospective travelers, qualify guests, present exclusive vacation offers, process bookings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The idóneo candidate is money-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced call center environment, possesses exceptional English communication skills, and has a proven track record of closing sales over the phone.
Candidates should be comfortable handling objections, asking for payment, controlling the conversation, and consistently meeting aggressive sales goals.

Responsibilities:Inbound Call Handling & Sales Execution
- Answer inbound calls promptly, professionally, and with a customer-focused approach.
- Follow approved sales scripts, qualification flows, and sales processes exactly as trained.
- Present approved vacation and resort offers accurately and professionally.
- Build rapport quickly, establish trust, overcome objections, and close sales whenever possible during the initial interaction.
- Maintain urgency, efficiency, and professionalism throughout every call.
- Avoid unnecessary hold times and call avoidance behaviors.
- Properly disposition all calls before ending each shift.
Qualification & Booking Accuracy
- Accurately qualify guests according to partner-specific requirements.
- Verify and confirm all required criteria, including:
o Age o Marital status o Income o Residency o Employment status
- Confirm guest availability before requesting or collecting payment.
- Clearly communicate participation requirements, disclosures, and booking terms.
- Escalate any qualification concerns prior to completing a booking.
- Ensure all bookings meet qualification requirements to avoid chargebacks, cancellations, penalties, or non-qualified reservations.
CRM, Systems & Documentation
- Utilize CRM, Sales Applications, dialer systems, Excel, email, and all company provided tools effectively.
- Complete 100% of CRM updates on the same day.
- Maintain accurate records of:
o Guest information o Travel dates o Pricing o Payment details o Booking confirmations o Account notes
- Ensure all required information is complete and properly documented.
Compliance & Payment Processing
- Adhere to TCPA guidelines and all opt-in compliance requirements.
- Process payments securely and accurately.
- Utilize approved pricing only.
- Read required disclosures verbatim when applicable.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Avoid unauthorized discounts, workarounds, or policy violations.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every guest fully understands booking details and expectations.
- Set proper expectations to minimize cancellations, refunds, and dissatisfaction.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain composure and control of the conversation at all times.
Quality Assurance & Coaching
- Participate in QA reviews and performance evaluations.
- Attend coaching sessions and implement feedback immediately.
- Acknowledge and adhere to documented quality expectations.
- Understand that all calls are recorded and subject to review.
Review Generation
- Request Google reviews from satisfied customers following successful bookings.
- Encourage guests to mention the agent by name in their reviews.
- Keep review requests professional, natural, and brief.
Team Participation
- Attend all team meetings, huddles, coaching sessions, and training activities.
- Participate in contests, performance initiatives, and team engagement activities.
- Contribute to a competitive, positive, and accountable team culture.
Qualifications:Required Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2).
- Clear verbal communication skills with minimal accent.
- Proven sales experience with documented success in closing opportunities over the phone.
- Prior inbound sales experience required.
- Outbound sales experience strongly preferred and considered a top priority.
- Experience working in a call center environment.
- Comfortable requesting and processing customer payments.
- Strong record of attendance and schedule adherence.
- Reliable work ethic with no significant attendance concerns.
- Strong computer skills, including:
o CRM platforms o Microsoft Excel o Email systems o Sales applications o Dialer platforms
- Ability to work weekends and assigned schedules.
- Ability to perform in a metrics-driven sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel industry experience.
- Resort, vacation ownership, hospitality, or high-ticket sales experience.
- Previous experience with Solvo or similar BPO/call center organizations.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales conversion goals.

Certification Policy
- One coaching opportunity and retry permitted.
- Failure after the second attempt will result in non-advancement.
Week 2: Nesting
- Live call handling
- Daily quality reviews
- Real-time coaching and support
Week 3: Performance Evaluation
- Minimum 15% conversion required
- Must demonstrate progression toward the 20% long-term standard

CompensationBase Pay: Competitive and determined by company policies and location.
Performance Bonus Structure
