POSITION OVERVIEWWe are looking for a commercially driven and well-connected Regional Sales Manager – Latin America to develop and grow business across key Latin American markets.
The role will focus on generating room nights, revenue, groups, and new business through travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, corporate accounts, MICE partners, and other travel trade partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing market strategy, building long-term commercial relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing the Group's presence across Latin America.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Regional Sales
Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Latin American market.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across key LATAM source markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential accounts and business partners.
- Develop new accounts and increase production from existing partners.
- Achieve agreed sales, room-night, and revenue targets.

Travel
Trade &
• Wholesale
- Develop relationships with:
- Tour operators
- Travel agencies
- DMCs
- Wholesalers
- Bed banks
- Online travel partners
- Group travel specialists
- Negotiate commercial agreements, rates, promotions, and packages.
- Monitor account production and identify opportunities to increase business.
- Develop preferred partnerships with key travel trade accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews and business development activities.
3.
Market
Development
- Research and identify high-potential LATAM markets and customer segments.
- Monitor travel trends, competitor activity, pricing, and market developments.
- Develop market-specific sales strategies.
- Identify emerging source markets and new distribution opportunities.
- Provide regular market intelligence to senior management.
4.
Account
Management
- Build strong long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Understand partner needs and develop tailored commercial solutions.
- Ensure excellent communication and follow-up with clients.
- Develop repeat and incremental business from existing accounts.
5. Groups & • MICE
- Develop business from group travel, incentives, corporate travel, and MICE segments.
- Establish relationships with MICE agencies, event planners, and corporate travel partners.
- Identify opportunities for group bookings across the Group's properties.
- Coordinate group enquiries and proposals with the relevant property and commercial teams.

Sales
Trips &
• Trade Events
- Conduct regular sales trips across key LATAM markets.
- Represent the Group at travel trade shows, tourism events, networking functions, and industry exhibitions.
- Organize client presentations, roadshows, workshops, and partner events.
- Develop strong visibility and relationships within the regional travel industry.
7.
Commercial
Collaboration
- Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Property Sales teams.
- Provide market feedback to support pricing and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate campaigns and tactical offers with key partners.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell multiple properties and destinations.
- Support marketing initiatives targeting LATAM travelers.

Sales
Reporting &
• Performance
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account pipelines.
- Track production by market, account, segment, and source country.
- Monitor room nights, revenue, conversion, and account performance.
- Provide regular sales reports and market updates to management.
- Develop action plans for underperforming accounts and markets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within hospitality, hotels, resorts, hostels, tourism, travel, or DMCs.
- Strong understanding of the Latin American travel market.
- Established network of travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, or corporate accounts in LATAM.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in international or regional hospitality sales is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and account-management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Spanish and English are required.
- Portuguese is an advantage, particularly for Brazil.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Latin America.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently.
